Moses's people from the Israelites said to Moses (peace be upon him): O Moses, we were tried at the hands of Pharaoh with the murder of our sons and preservation of our women before you came to us and after.
Advising them and giving good news of relief, Moses said to them: It is hopeful that Allah will destroy your enemy, Pharaoh, and his people and establish you in the earth after them. Then He would see what you do after that [out of] thankfulness or ingratitude.
